This looks really nice I would just put a little brightness in it (I had to look close to my screen to see his face) but V3 looks really nice.

don't increase the brightness, decrease the contrast a little bit. It'd keep it dark but fade it out a lil bit so its easier on the eyes. I really like v2 though, well done man.

Looks sooo cool. The only problem I have with it, it's a bit hard to see the guy. 8/10

I love the colours in v2! I also agree with JRMH on bringing the contrast down a little. It should still have the same dark feel to it but it'll be easier on the eyes.

V3 Idea:

  • Take V2
  • Place V1 on top
  • Add Layermask ---> V1
  • Invert Layermask ---> V1
  • Mask in areas in example.
  • Do you on it to finalize.

Example:

So the areas in blue would be V1 fading in, where the rest would be V2.
(NOTE: areas I mapped are rough examples, use precision and care when doing yours)

I think as a V3 following these general guidelines you can achieve the best of both worlds,
while also adding a dynamic color range.

thank you for your lovely feedback. I tried doing what you asked but it didn't look right. I know I did something wrong though
