Like I already have a xbox one and its doing very well . But lately , I've just began to hear too much about how pc's are good and pc master race blabla u know all that ...

So I have enough money to make this pc :

intel core i7 4770 3.4 GHZ , 3.9GHZ , 8MB cache
PNY Geforce GTX 970 4GB DDR5
8GB Gskill Ripjaws X 1600MHZ DDR3
MSI B85M P33
1 Tera Seagate Barracuda Sata 3

And since i'm a god damn noob I don't know what games can theses specs play and on what settings

and also How do I do with games . Like in consoles you just buy the cd and play it offline/online

It's a pretty decently spec'd PC, but I'd do things a bit differently.

First off, you don't need an i7. For now a 4690(k) will do the job.

If that motherboard doesn't hinder your face then go for it..

If you're gonna get an unlocked i5 (4690k) you're gonna want to get a Z97 chipset board as well.

AND GET AN SSD!!!

What's your budget tho? I'll throw you a build.

What is your budget and currency? (Pound sign does not work normally, use GBP abbreviation)
Do you need a monitor?
Do you need a keyboard?
Do you need a mouse?
Do you need an operating system?
What will you use the PC for?

fill that out.

and w/ a computer you download the games on the internet, and then you can play them offline/online if it allows.

You will be playing on higher graphical settings w/ the same amount as a console.

with that graphics card you'll be playing ultra 1080p 60+fps easy.

Even with on 1440p you'll be pushing ultra on most games. The 4770 paired with a 970 is a pretty powerful combination and will absolutely destroy every game at 1080p.
