I'm not sure what you have to do to earn the 10 million, but I know it's really hard. Do you get 10 mill each or do you split 10 mill.

no theres somthing you have to do like finish all the hesit on hard with the same players without dying for 10 mill each can only be done once

You need to complete every heist on hard mode with the same 4 players without failing in order to collect the 10 million. I assume its 10 million for each player since the payout comes from the award. There is also an award for completing every heist in order, Completing every heist in first person (Leader needs to lock camera mode into first person) and completing every heist with the same 4 players
