Like my ps4 takes forever to download stuff tbh my internet sucks in day it goes up to 100mb at night dunno why haha so maybe then it will pick up downloading pes 2015

Go into your PS4 network settings and change your DNS primary to 8.8.8.8 and your secondary to 8.8.4.4 this will change it from Sony servers to Google servers I was running 11mbps (average) and now I'm running 20.4. Hope that helps and the best of luck to you.

Could just be your internet? My PS4 downloads things quite quickly a full game takes about 10 minutes give or take.
