Off the top of my head, the best way to make small profits with 8k might be to just bid 250 coins on lots of gold players and then discard each time for a 50 coin profit.

It's probably worth noting that you will make a lot more money simply by playing matches - perhaps build a budget squad filling your starting 11 and bench and playing offline seasons, or maybe some offline tournaments to get some coins? You will get at least an extra 15k by going up to Div 5 on offline seasons alone, and with the extra money you could probably make some better investments in players.

Where do you do wagers? I always hear about them and I do them with my friends for coins and players because I know they will respect it but is there a website or feature in game to use for wagers against random people?
