IMO every officer in every state should be REQUIRED to were cams on a part of their uniform this would solve every case more "peacefully" and make it much easier for everyone

What is really getting on my nerves is the issue with the officer being white and him shooting and killing a black person. Too many and I mean too many people are choosing sides because what color the two people were.

I do not believe race was a factor in choosing the outcome of the situation. In fact, there was a similar story (some of you may know) where a black officer shot and killed a white guy. The outcome was not guilty.

So obviously I do not think race was a factor in this.

Myself, I do not know much about the case itself, nor do I know the history of the two men. So I'm not gonna go and bark which one I think is right.

But I'll say this and end it with this.

If it was a black on black crime/situation, would the whole entire town of Ferguson care? I don't think they would. And that goes along with all the other states that were protesting and rioting. You have blacks murdering and shooting each other in broad daylight in Chicago, Detroit, etc. but you don't see people protesting while trials are held for those individuals. But as soon as a white man shoots a black person, it's hell frozen over.

So that's what I think of about a piece of this situation.

Ferguson police officer Darren Wilson has spoken out to ABC News for the first time publicly since fatally shooting a black teenager, Michael Brown, and he said that he would not do anything differently.

Speaking exclusively to ABC News' George Stephanopoulos, Wilson said that Brown reached into his police car and grabbed for his gun, causing Wilson to fear for his life.

"All I wanted to do was live," said Wilson, who the grand jury declined to indict in connection with the fatal shooting in August.
He told ABC News about the struggle he faced with Brown as the teen allegedly punched Wilson in the face.

"I didn't know if I'd be able to withstand another hit like that," Wilson said.

"I had reached out my window with my right hand to grab onto his forearm 'cause I was gonna try and move him back and get out of the car to where I'm no longer trapped," Wilson said.

"I just felt the immense power that he had. And then the way I've described it is it was like a 5-year-old holding onto Hulk Hogan. That's just how big this man was," Wilson said.

While I don't 100% agree with this guy, my views aren't that far off:

Two FBI agents were shot and wounded at a house in north St. Louis County early on Wednesday, though the incident was "not directly related" to racially charged unrest in and around nearby Ferguson, an agency spokeswoman said.

One agent was shot in the shoulder and the other was shot in the leg while assisting local police in executing an arrest warrant, FBI spokeswoman Rebecca Wu said in a brief statement. Their injuries were not life-threatening.

"The incident is not directly related to the Ferguson protests," Wu said, but did not elaborate further.

Some 2,000 National Guard troops helped ward off a second night of rampant arson and looting in suburban St. Louis after a grand jury declined to indict a white policeman in the fatal shooting of an unarmed black teenager, and sympathy protests spread to several U.S. cities.

The Wednesday morning incident involving the FBI agents followed hours after a clash between police and protesters in Ferguson.

Despite a beefed-up military presence in Ferguson, a police car was torched near City Hall as darkness fell, and police fired smoke bombs and tear gas to scatter protesters.
