A bunch of trolls here, but

First step in being a staff member, can't get more than 2 Warnings. Must do much for community, have spare time, help people out, answer questions, and make sure to respect everyone. The opportunity to receive this either when there is a Global Announcement requesting sectional moderators, or when you are PMed by the administration asking you to become part of TheTechGame staff team.
