Alright so I've used to use my Xbox pretty daily (nolife) and took about a 4 month break from it. I decided to play it for about an hour (worked fine), then the screen froze. I restart it to see a Red dot on it instead of it being green. The tv screen just shows black. I've tried a couple YT videos and none of them seemed to work. They say it's a HD problem, but mine doesn't have one in it. I think it's just all the dust built up, but I'm not sure. I have also had this Xbox for about 3-4 yrs btw. Any help would be appreciated Thanks for reading.

Lol bud, unplug your power cable, wait 30 seconds(Also blow into your hard drive slot and power cable slot) then once the 30 seconds is up just plug it back in and it should work.

Yeah I tried it and it didn't work.
I also tried what this guy suggested too.https://www.thetechgame.com/Forums/t=6874146/hard-drive-keeps-crashing-i-think-need-help-xbox-360-e.html
& @Axify, I think 3 or four lights need to light up in order for it to be RROD, but idek.
I would send it back to Xbox, but after 4 yrs.. I obviously lost the receipt & stuff.
Anymore help?

i'd take it apart and clean it out and make it where there is no dust.

Its usually caused by overheating (idk how) or built up dust. Take it apart(youtube video) and clean it out with a air compressor can thing
