You could buy just the GoPro Hero which is the new release for people who are wanting an action camera,
but are not wanting to pay out the expensive costs like the GoPro Hero 4 Black Edition which is like 369GBP.

I have seen some pretty decent reviews on the GoPro Hero4 Silver Edition which is 289GBP,
I know it might be out of your budget by 40GBP but it would be worth it paying that little more for more features to play with.

Alternative you could check out Drift action cameras as they do the same job as GoPro but that's down to your choice.

If the lowest you want to go is the gopro hero 3 black, I would go with that because it is exactly 399 before tax. You could also go with the Hero 4 silver which is the same price as the gopro hero 3 black edition.
