The the embllem "blessing of the skeptic" gives you better loot at the end of everything? Because my luck has been very bad lately

they are only there for personal preference.

Then what do you suggest I do about getting legendary school use my warlock has 0 and is maxed out in rares and its makings memad

you can always get vanguard/crucible marks and just buy them.
that way you can get up in lvl to do the raid.
