I heard that paypal dont allow you to claim fraud to virtual items so as long as you got the money and he got the coins you should be okay.
It happened to the guy when the xbox one came out he payed 800$ for a picture of an xbox one and he didnt get his money back but his local gamestop gave him one for free or something like that. Dont quote me on it but I am sure paypal dont cover virtual items

that's why you have to put something physical that you can send them, thats why a lot of coin sellers put something like paperclip, dust etc with the coins, virtual items aren't covered but physical ones are

The xbox one isn't a virtual item, the guy who bought that didn't look at the product description and there it said 'picture of xbox one' or something like that, he was lucky that the local game gave him a free one.

OT: do what the others said and send 'dust', pretty sad from the person who bought them

Wow, the exact same thing happened to me about a week ago and is still ongoing. I sold him 5 mil, he left feedback saying how fast the delivery was and all was good. However a few days later he expected a full refund as him buying the coins caused his account to get banned, well he said it had. Then he continues to tell me I should have listed the risks of buying coins in the description of the item, and that selling coins was illegal. My argument is that there are thousands of coin listings on eBay so it can't be illegal, plus he told me he received the item so I don't see how it can be my fault... He told be he is going to open a case with eBay tomorrow, so we will see how it pans out. He could end up scamming 50 GBP from me which kind of sucks. Any tips?

Its hard to sell coins on eBay cos there is no proof you sent the coins. You could easily get the payment then not send the coins as there is no proof. Just make sure you tell paypal you sent what you were sending and give the buyer bad feedback. Ive had someone do this before i just left him bad feedback and he just closed the case.

Sorry for digging up an old topic, I was wondering if you managed to fix the issue? I got a message from eBay saying that I won the dispute as 'buyers do not have money back guarantee on virtual items' and I had proved I had delivered the coins to him.

Even if you send dust they can still say they didn't receive the 6mil mate, with PayPal the buyer always wins.
