i registered and they never asked for my email or anything an it took me to the ea domain, do you guys think this is legit???

They emailed you to your Origin email address so they have your email. The link to register is a unique link so it'll have your information in it. Means that people can't give someone a link and another person sign up for the beta, only people they want will be in it.

It is legit my friend! I have also been invited to a closed beta! Unfortunately mine is for Pro Clubs! I am grateful though.
