No, they both have the same level requirements and cost, they are just class-specific. That's why it's stupid that Warlock gets a stupid ring around their arm when Titans get a (imo) really cool looking Titan mark and Hunters get an even better looking cloak with a hood and everything. Which do you think you're going to notice more?

No, it will not be considered rarer. They put different designs on things for a reason. It makes you feel good when you have that full set of legendary armor you just spent your whole week trying to find. I really like the "Dress Up" Parts of MMOs. I get where you are coming from on maybe a CoD standpoint. I just bought one armor and that's all I use. I could be a cat for all I care, but part of MMOs whether you like it or not is the "Dress Up" feature.

That's not just Iron Banner you tool. The Warlock's class item is an armband.

I bought the legendary armband from Lord Saladin and it looks the same as all the others and I cant even see it hardly on my character definitely would rather have a cloak.
