Steps:
1. Add the job from the description to your game
2. Start the job up and invite 2/3 more players into the game
3. As it is an AFK glitch, you automatically spawn on top of a briefcase and you will start collecting RP
4. Everyone in the game will start getting RP too
5. Once the job ends, you can replay as many times as you want
