well as for as you first "banner" you did a pretty good job but here is a list of things you need to try to incorporate in your gfx!
1. Mate sure that your GFX has some depth to it you dont want it to look like you drew it on a paper and copied it lol

2. You always wanna make sure that your using a plain text you never wanna use some crazy Graffiti or Horror blood splat not do you wanna use txt that have to many "particals"

3. Make sure your trying to use images that describe and or show how you are!
