For Google Chrome
Open Google Chrome
type in the address bar:
http://chrome:extensions
or (Goto the 3 stripes in the top right corner, select Settings and on the left side: Extensions)
Remove Media Viewer, Media Player, Video Player, BetterSurf, WebExp Enhanced by clicking the trash can icon, right next to the browser extension.
Restart Google Chrome
Optional: If the malware is still there, consider resetting Google Chrome to default settings.

Have a look over the website above and let me know if it helped

While that may work for the toolbar, it may not work for the other adware he has on his computer. There is quite a high chance that he has a program on his PC that will just continue to install adware to hos browser. Just removing it from chrome may not be enough to stop the adware.

AdBlock usually doesn't block ads that are displayed by a plugin or an exe. When a plugin is installed to chrome by these pieces of adware, it is usually hard to remove it.

Thank you so much, already got rid of it but either way both would've worked. Thanks again!
