How can I move music from my phone to the music app? I don't have a computer so I can use iTunes and my iphone is not jail broken

You're gonna need to have either of the two things you don't have, the best option would be a computer since there isn't many tweaks that will do it for jailbreaking. If you can't do either of the things there is really nothing you can do as Apple has quite a bit of restrictions when it comes to being able to do stuff they don't support.
