Definitely watch_dogs, its basically like GTA5 on steroids

Out of those 3 I would have to go with Watch_Dogs. I haven't heard too much about the other games but I have played Watch Dogs myself and I really enjoyed it. Great story mode but it can get boring after you beat it but I don't regret purchasing it.
