I just bought it and went into a private match and it did not work. Do I have to turn them on some way or what do I need to do?

I'd imagine it would be like how the Wolf Skin was activated, where you go to your character to customize it and then at the bottom it would say Guard Dog and you could choose Guard Dog or Wolf, maybe there will be an option for announcer down there.
