Watch Dogs will reportedly run native 1080p while the Xbox One resolution is still unclear. According to Lars Bonde the PS4 version of Watch Dogs was confirmed to run 1080p, but Lars failed to mention what resolution Xbox One would run.
"We are utilizing Xbox One to its full capabilities and the same with PS4, of course, so I know that, as far as to my knowledge, on PS4 it will run in full HD," he said.

WOWWW, if that guy is not saying anything about Xbox One's resolution for Watch Dogs, then it's most likely going to be 720p!!! Come on MS it's 2014 we don't want 720p..[size=24]

not being funny but the differences are barely noticable anyway. i like both consoles since i have xbox one and my brother has ps4 but there is no difference in graphics

i'm assuming the resolution will be 900p it seems likely. also MS doesn't have anything to do with the games resolution. the devs haven't fully figured out the eSRAM on the X1. give it a year or two and we'll have 1080p games.
