Is it right to play the game ill have to subscribe every month ? , if so how much is it ?

Most likely $15 a month all platforms like all MMO's at first. It may lower or go FTP in the future as many MMO's do but I'd recommend playing it on the PC for the best experience since MMO's have many commands and options that you won't be able to use on console due to the lack of keys and buttons etc.

Eso on xbox one is a good option dont need all thise command we have on pc but it get it on both platform 15$ a month

While the subscription model like that of WoW works on the PC I am not so sure if it would work on the xbox one (or PS4). I mean paying a subscription to play live (or PSN+) to then pay another $15 a month seems like a lot of money for the player to pay.

But they decided that PS4 doesnt need PSN+, they are purposly **** over xbox fans
