It would be the best.
I'm sure they would get more money because of the customizations you can do.
I specifically choose I devices because of jailbreaking. You can do more with a jail broken iPhone then you can with a rooted or unrooted android.
Of course they won't support pirated apps and movies but with jay Freeman's permission , added Cydia to the home screen and supported the developers I'm sure devices would sky rocket (seeing as apply is going downhill)
No more crashing tweaks , safe mode would be a rare occasion , waaaay more epic tweaks released by indie developers and apple developers
But , this is just a dream

I doubt they would allow it because of the fact that it tweaks with apps and all that like getting stuff for free but if your phones messed up they don't care if you trade it in because they restore it to factory and reset the phone in store so their ok with it if ur trading in your phone

Keyword "imagine"
And if they allowed it they would fix the bugs before releasing it.

I'm pretty sure that jailbreaking is legal, it's just illegal to get paid for apps and such for free. It's because once you purchase your iDevice it's yours to do with as long as your not getting illegal games and cracked apps. I think that's one of the reasons that cydia gives you that extra message when you try to add sources that provide us with illegal apps.

technically they do allow you to jailbreak, its just the fact that they dont like free apps thing. pirating is a big deal for them, but all they said pretty much was jailbreak your phone and void your warranty.
Happy Jailbreaking.
