I have had my fun with you guys so here you go.
Open up and extract common:/data/common_cutscene.meta and place in your modded file paths
(Example: common:/data/mods/weap1) Once all your paths are placed in and your modded files are in then replace and boot up the game.

As the thread name states this is a bypass to get ISO mods back online after our recent update. So everything we could do before our last patch (vehicle and weapon mods) we can do once again.
