(SOLVED - KEEP THIS ON HERE FOR OTHERS THAT HAVE THIS ISSUE)

Solved, how i did it was, i took the HDD out of my xbox RHG and plugged it into my PC, all you have to do is open your PC and connect the sata and power cables to it, then google xport 360 and download that and run it as admin, then your HDD should be located on there. After that select it and search the contents of your HDD for anythings you recently installed or plugins you installed, Delete all of the plugins you may have recently added, and other stuff that may have caused it, if needed delete Dash Launch from the HDD. (I RECOMMEND YOU BACK UP YOUR HDD) the program offers that service. After i did this it did not work at first, i had to unplug my cables from my xbox and plug them back, then if you have a capture device that your xbox runs through, unplug it from the device and plug it straight into the tv, for example i had the elgato hooked up, i took the HDMI from the elgato and plugged the hdmi straight from the RGH to my TV.

(THIS FIX IS FOR PEOPLE WHO RECENTLY DOWNLOAD SOME STUFF ONTO THERE HDD AND BLACK SCREEN ON START UP, AND ALSO FOR, BEFORE TRYING THIS METHOD FIRST JUST SIMPLY TRY TO TURN YOUR XBOX OFF THEN HIT THE EJECT BUTTON AN TRY TO SEE IF IT LOADS XELL MENU SO YOU CAN DELETE PLUGINS.) in my case non of that worked, so I had to kook it up to my PC.

If you don't want to watch, then the I installed some plugins onto my RGH with dash launch so i can use these modding tools, plugins such as XBDM.xex and the other basic ones for tools, I then restarted console, it then froze on the white xbox 360 screen, i then plugged my HDD into my PC and deleted dashlaunch like an idiot. It now does not even get tot the white screen, it just black screens when it boots now, the xell menu can not start either as i tried every method of making it start, even took the HDD out and tried to boot xell and normal boot. I then plugged my HDD and delete launch.ini and the plugins i installed off of the HDD, and still got nothing. Please help, like i said big reward!
