Evolution caters to a species' needs in it's current environment.
Humans living longer isn't something which I would consider attributable to evolution.
We live longer because of modern medicine and healthier eating [in general.]
If we were to somehow become immortal, which I seriously doubt could happen, it most likely wouldn't be because of evolution.

Unless something in the world changed in a way which would mean that longer lives were needed or helpful to our species.
However, given that evolution works subjectively within each species, and not objectively working towards an end goal, the likelihood of us progressing far enough, for long enough, to become immortal is infinitesimal.

Also, I would enjoy living forever if it were possible.
Curiosity is one of my main drives in life, and enjoyment comes in at a close second.

During the "New Stone age" era life expectancy was only 20 years, whilst now it is more than 67.

I think evolution will make our life expectancy go up, but I don't think we will "evolve" into a time where we live forever.
I think technology will be responsible for making a human live forever, not nature.

I highly doubt it and as im sure people have said the only hope for that is technology. Something like storing your memories and everything in your brain onto a computer and then sending the stored brain on the computer to a baby or something...

We will never live forever but i agree that advancements in medical science will make us live longer lives.

You sir, have way too much time on your hands if your thinking about this.
Haha just sit back and relax. Live life for the moment. Not the future.
What ever is destined to happen, will happen

also the things that kill us now are diseases and we cant evolve to fight every disease. So this will be literally impossible.

With advancements in technology we have been able to live longer, the past has proved this, I am sure that in the future, when technology advances even more, humans will have a longer age span.

As for being able to live forever, this could be a possibility in many hundreds, if not thousands of years, but it wouldn't be ideal as Earth's population would become overwhelming and the Earth's resources would diminish, thus potentially rendering the planet uninhabitable. Even if we were able to colonise on other planets, I don't know how well the standard of living would be.

In the future like hundreds or thousands of years
from now we might be living on other planets and
try move our selves around the universe. so i don't
personally think space would be a problem....
