For a hacked game (any game at all) its going to take a long time, As its a new console and people will have to hack into it which will take around 12-18 months...

It will be a few months until any games have mods like that. your best bet is to find one on 360 and go from there.

There will be but i can only guess as with any new console it will take time, especially next gen
