No, that would be a total waste of money. I'm trying different things with your budget, but it'd be best to save your money and sell your current computer when your ready for a new pc.

For £300 you aren't going to get much. My attempt at a £300 build.

Here's what I'd get:

Little bit over budget but your budget is only 300 quid. This should run most games at low-medium settings, depending on your resolution. The 750K is alright but if you can squeeze about 50 pounds more out of your budget get a FX 6300 along with a Gigabyte GA 78LMT USB3.

Doesn't DayZ take up a lot of memory?

You're missing a CPU sonny jim!

I'll edit with a build in a sec.

I'm fairly sure this is a CPU?

It ain't great, but it's the best I could do on that low of a budget.

Just under 300. Miserable attempt, go with Gigahertz if you want to buy immediately.

Yeah just noticed haha, sorry. A pentium though? You're a risk taker.

This will be better and a lot more balanced. Why every one gave you a build with a low end GPU that won't perform great especially when paired with them awful CPU's, an APU is the way to go here.
