Can anyone tell me why Xbox One graphics looks horrible?

BF4 Graphics on xbox one look great when you can get in a game without it freezing and taking you back to the dashboard etc

Get your eyes checked, either your console is broken or you have a faulty HDMI cord.

It's a launch title, you're right it's not the best, but developers haven't had time to take full advantage of the systems hardware.
You can't complain though, 60fps and 64 man servers... on console.
