The post further up said that this server had many issues, however since then that has changed, and fixes were made.
First the admin was good about it all and asked for the extra help concerning some of the issues. I'm sure if you join and have problems permission wise or something along those lines then he can and will help ASAP.
The permissions were fixed up bit and a new group was made as the starter one which allowed for all the basic needs of someone new to the server.
A new spawn is currently in the works of being built by someone who had volunteered (I'm sure no more volunteers are needed so please do not bug him).
The new spawn is much more spacious and should,or could, have a shop by the end of the night.
I can say now that this server does use the 1.7.2 Bukkit Dev build as there is stained glass being used for the newer spawn and I saw many new plants while roaming around for about 15 minutes.
I approve of the server and I wish it luck over the course of the next few weeks as it continues to lift itself off the ground.
