wat happens if i install it or is the play disc the main one like every other disc so it means dont isntall it to the xbox so it doesnt spin or what??

You CAN INSTALL the mandatory install disk. Just DO NOT INSTALL the second "Play" Disc.

They are saying you must in stall disk 1, but not disck 2 because it's not really necessary, and it will cause effects to the system.

[b] EDIT: For better understanding, you have to install the Mandatory Disc which is Disc 1. After you install Disc 1 don't install the "play disc" which is disc 2. You would have to let it spin to play the game for now, if you install the "play disc" disc 2 it will affect optimal performance.Just play the game with the disc 2 spinning until further information from Rockstar Support is released. Disc 1 is a mandatory install.
Some Xbox users myself included Press X on the game and install disc 2.
And there advising not to install disc 2

My best guess, with my programming background, would be that since you have to install the first disc, when you go to install the second disc the code does not work in that compiled fashion with disc 1. Since the main basis of the game runs off the installation disc. And so it would be extremely hard to get 2 installed discs to work optimal together.
