Console banned for no apparent reason.

No email sent or anything,just one morning i sign in and BOOM ive been console banned.

I had 1 account ban for selling lobbies in my bio.
Then the next day console ban.
I had 1 account ban, so unfair.

I got banned for being one of the thousands of non-brighter to play Halo 4 before the release date while being online and signed into my profile I guess I payed the price and I ended up having to get another console and a year of gold along with having to replace some of the purchases I made on the account.
