Gunfire Games’ Remnant 2 has received a new trailer, unveiling two more locations: Ward 13 and the Labyrinth. The former is familiar to fans of the first game, serving as a home base to acquire weapons and armor. With the Root pushed back, it appears to have expanded significantly, with NPCs venturing outside and onto the docks.

The Labyrinth serves, once again, as a means for players to travel to other worlds. It’s as mysterious and imposing as ever, but it seems that there’s an inner sanctum of sorts that one can venture into. Whether we’ll learn more about the Labyrinth and its purpose remains to be seen.

Ward 13 and the Labyrinth join the likes of Losomn (formed from the Fae and Dran worlds merging) and Yaesha. Each world changes on a new playthrough, opening new quests, locations and enemies for players to fight.

Remnant 2 is out this Summer for Xbox Series X/S, PS5 and PC. Stay tuned for more updates in the meantime.
