New Atomic Heart Trailer Reveals February 2023 Release Date

4.3
Recently, Mundfish shared a new trailer from Atomic Heart, revealing that the game is now aimed to be launched on February 21, 2023. The new trailer shares more gameplay actions and shows a number of story characters that you will meet in a deadly adventure.

Set in an alternative Soviet Union, Atomic Heart explores a robot manufacturing facility that doesn't seem to be operating as expected, with all robots going rogue. The game is a first-person shooter where players can use many weapons with extraordinary functionalities to defeat deadly giant robots.

Atomic Heart is an indie project, but Focus Entertainment will publish it on consoles and PC. The Game Pass subscribers on Xbox and PC will gain free access to the game when it launches on February 21. The PC version of the game is available through Steam and you can submit your pre-order now.

In addition to the Standard Edition, Atomic Heart will feature Gold Edition and Premium Edition, both of which will grant access to four post-launch expansions for free. The Premium Edition will include some exclusive in-game weapon skins as well as a digital art book. Also, if you pre-order any edition of the game, you will receive two golden weapon skins for free.

Atomic Heart was supposed to come out in Q4 2022, but the development process has been lengthened for a few more months, pushing the game's launch back until February 2023. However, it seems like this time around we won't witness any delays.

Despite its eye-catching visuals, Atomic Heart will be available on last-gen consoles as well. The developer has already shared the minimum and recommended PC system requirements for the game, which doesn't look hefty. An Nvidia GTX 960 paired with an Intel Core i5-4460 would be enough to run the game at the lowest preset. For a satisfying experience, however, you will need a GTX 1080 as well as an Intel Core i7-7700. The game will require 90 GB of free space on PC, which is more than expected for a single-player experience. You can expect a similar amount of required space on consoles as well.
