Yesterday, Call of Duty’s official Twitter account starting sending messages to community influencers with images of parts of Black Ops 4 Blackout’s map. Now, almost 24 hours later, Activision and Treyarch have officially revealed the full map, complete with section names.

As previously announced, Firing Range, Nuketown, Verruckt (known here by its English translated name Asylum), Cargo (labeled as Cargo Docks below) and Turbine, however, we now have confirmation that maps like Array and Hydro will be a part of it, as well as completely new sections like Rivertown, Fracking Tower, Construction Site, and Train Station. Overall, it seems like my worry that the map will be too small or empty was, thankfully, completely unfounded. It’ll be interesting to see if/how the map will change over time with in-game events, DLC’s, and more.

Call of Duty: Black Ops 4 is set to be released on October 12, 2018, with the Blackout beta being released on PlayStation 4 on September 10, 2018, as well as Xbox One and PC on September 14, 2018.
