PlayerUnknown’s Battlegrounds PC Patch Fixes Movement Issues

3.6
PlayerUnknown’s Battlegrounds has received a new update on PC and those wondering why it skipped the test servers can be reassured that it’s not that big. The new update essentially reduces performance issues that would occur when there many players in the same area.

It also brings bug fixes to issues like character movement instantly stopping and adjusting or movement being unusual during replays. So if someone seemed to be moving strangely in that last killcam, that should more or less be fixed going forward.

The last significant update to PlayerUnknown’s Battlegrounds added other ways for players to report each other after matches along with introducing new crates to unlock. These crates contain cosmetics with fairly low drop rates, thus causing controversy for the sheer amount of grinding required to unlock certain items. The highly successful Battle Royale title is also facing issues with cheaters though several cheat makers were recently arrested in China.

Nice to see they fix the problems, but wish they would make the console version playable lol

a small update but glad to see them fixing stuff at small steps. Personally they need to fix these frame rate drops I keep getting.

I am sorry, i know I am going against a lot of people.. I just do not understand the hype behind this game.

It would be nice if they also fix issues with the Xbox version..

I use this a lot on Xbox. Not sure how many people it took on pc, but if i go into an area and drop frames I'd bet my left nut that there's 2+ squads pretty close. Kinda cheap but gives me and my buds a heads up to hunker down lol

In the end though I do hope it gets fixed cause when the shooting breaks out it feels like day one of release before any performance patches
