MW3Seems to be holding buttons after letting go or not working

| When playing it will sometimes start spinning or looking up or not working at all it's a brand new controller so is it controller interference or lagging I'm confused on what to do or what it even is. I will shoot and the player will be way ahead of my shots or not even there anymore |
