What are the proper pixel dimensions for TheTechGame's Avatar, Banner, and Signatures for best quality?

I'm wanting to try and create some art for myself for this site.

Avatars: Any resolution from 100x100 with a 1:1 aspect ratio (below 100kb)

Banners: 468x60 (below 200kb)

Signatures: 340x40 (below 100kb)
