8.1 pangu jailbreak is what i want, when i set a passcode and rebooted my phone it went into the loop. is it possible to jailbreak on this firmware and be able to have a passcode and reboot without bricking or looping your iphone?

Ur supposed to take the passcode off and set the phone on airplane mode when jailbreaking

That's correct u may still be able to restore it, if u download 8.1 and use iTunes custom upgrade option as they haven't write 8.1.1 to be official update in there servers

This may last couple days or maybe as I type this its getting patch

If you read the instructions that came with the jailbreak software, you would know to keep your passcode and all that jazz off until the jailbreak is 100% done as well as putting your device into airplane mode to speed the process up more so. Restore/rejailbreak to fix the loop. And, read the instructions this time...
