Our biggest complaint about the DS Lite has been its woefully small number of LED lights. Thank goodness for modders then, because Tailor Made Toys has crafted the flashy DS Lite you see above. The kicker? It also has force feedback, which comes in two flavors: one is just normal rumble, while the other is a sort of "sensitive mode," best for quieter games and when using headphones. And if you ...read more

Despite what you may assume, we're not the sort of people who'd buy ourselves a steampunk Game Boy like the Thretris-created model you see above (see it in action after the break). We are, however, the sort of people who'd use our popular internet website to politely request that our readers buy said Game Boy from eBay and send it to us for a holiday of their choice. It probably seems a little ...read more

He notes that cheap iPhone games are cutting into the DS business. "However," he suggests, ...read more

Following last night's NPD report for February, Nintendo has issued a press release lauding the amazing selling power of its own products. In typical fashion, the gaming giant that got your grandma into gaming has managed to sell a ridiculous amount of DS and Wii systems in the U.S. -- 1.9 million in the first two months of 2010, to be exact. As impressive as that 1.9 million figure is, ...read more

Consumers in the UK poured out the pounds for PS3's Heavy Rain last week, according to Chart-Track's all-formats chart. The adventure game took the hill from Aliens vs. Predator, which slipped down one spot. Meanwhile, Just Dance kept doing its cha-cha of endurance and took third. Nintendo's Wii Fit Plus got a second wind (or a big shipment to the region) and overtook Call of Duty: Modern ...read more
