In this video I show you how to activate Noire mode in the zombies map Shadows of Evil on Black Ops 3. To do this you must go to the area by the boxing ring where I go in the video. You must crouch and aim at the picture of the boxer that I do in the video, and while you're doing this you have to hold down the X button (square button on Playstation).
