You Will Need The Latest Horizon, GTA V Save game, and usb flash drive.
1.Move your gta v save game to your flash drive
2. then connect it to a usb port on your computer or laptop
3.Open up horizon
4.Click on games on the device explorer
5.Search gta v the open it
6.look for the gamesave you want to mod
7.Double click on the gamesave you want to mod
8.From there choose what you want to mod

Will I be able to use this mod to like complete all missions beat the whole game instantly, or just only for money?? And is there a Youtube tutorial for this? Please respond

Well this should be pretty helpful as GTAV is a fun game while modded. Mainly because you can mess around with a little less restrictions then the base game allows.
