Lester orders Franklin to kill a target doing his checkout in a hotel in Richman. The player needs to get a vantage point in a parking lot across the street. Soon as the target do his checkout. Franklin needs to snipe the target and leave the area quick.

This is likely my most retried story mission of GTAV, i found it very hard to get into a good position to kill him in, and constantly had to keep failing the mission to reset the clock in order to re position myself
