To smoke a cigarette, all you have to do is stand still and press L3. He will reach into his coat and light a cigarette. Wait for him to take one drag and exhale. Then move him slightly so that he drops the cigarette. Repeat 100 times for this one to pop.

You should be smoking whenever you find yourself waiting. For example: When stealth killing generals, you will have to wait for the suspicion to recede after killing his two body guards. Use that time to work on this trophy. You can track your total at the bottom of the second stat page.

Remember, you DO NOT have to wait for him to finish the cigarette.
