The player has fully researched the Thuggish Splicer

Completely finish all five levels of research for the Thuggish Splicer. These splicers are the ones with lead pipes and try to melee attack you. Take lots of pictures of them to get through the levels. Higher grade photos give you more points. You can take multiple photos per splicer, but the grade of each subsequent photo drops. You get a maximum of three or four photos per splicer.
