For this achievement you will need to perfectly reload your gun 30 times. Very easy. Press RB to reload, and when reloading, press RB again when it goes to the white bold little area. Not the grayish one, the bright white one. Do this 30 times and you'll get the achievement.

This is one of the only Xbox achievements i actually fully remember in detail. It's an achievement you will likely get half way through the game when simply playing normally
