1) Go to the google play store and download 'My boy'
2) Go to your phone browser and type in 'game name rom' where game name is replaced by the game you want to get. E.g. pokemon fire red rom.
3)Download it from one of the listed sites
4)Open My boy
5)Locate your way to the .zip file containing the rom
6)Select the ROM
7)Turn your phone horizontal for a better playing experience
