While you are overlooking the parking lot the truck will explode and several KPA will catch on fire. Simply take aim and kill them with the sniper, which is a one shot kill. There is one guy directly in front of you and the rest are to your right behind the sandbags. If you do not get this in one go simply restart checkpoint and repeat. This is a running total and does not need to be done in one try.
