Person experience: Transfered 7.5GB from pc to jtag.

1) Press the guide button and scroll across to 'System Settings', press Network Settings. Now press configure network and get write down your ip address. Then go onto xex menu

2) Open up that programme - make sure you are in XeX menu before you do though, and press Connect like so:

As you can see I am currently transferring black ops

3) Now type in:
IP: Your xbox's ip
Port: 21
User: xbox
Pass: xbox

4) You can now easily pass files back and forth through your jtag

Note: My transfer speed is Because I am using both wireless on my laptop & Jtag, and my router is about 20m away from both. Short ethernet cables will work the best, and can achieve up to 10MB / s! This doesn't ruin your bandwidth.
