Use a Thuggee Statue 20 times.
The easiest way to obtain this achievement is to go to the Temple Of Doom levels, and choose the level "Escape the mines". Once you are in, go to the "flap" where small characters can crawl though, and you will come to a Thuggee statue. Use a thuggee character to activate it. Exit and save the level, and repeat 20 times and the achievement will be yours.
