Dismembered a Brawler.
There are multiple ways you can get this achievement. The first is via quicktime event after a well timed block. This will throw him off balance and you see a 'Y' or 'X' above his head to perform the action. You must have the Claw, Blade, or Whip to perform the attack. The next one is to use the Whip or Blade's power attack to severe his arm with no quick time event.
